He has since exhibited at the Chelsea Art Society summer exhibition, writes regular features for the Artists & Illustrators Magazine and his YouTube Channel has over 10k subscribers.
Each year he takes his ‘Cats on tour’ painting community to his watercolour retreats in Andalusia, Tuscany and on the Cote d’Azur.
Frank’s role in advertising has made him a captivating artist and amusing storyteller as he extols all the
secrets of his favourite alchemy.
He believes that his loose and expressive style can be easily mastered by anyone with an open mind and a decent brush.

Join Lis for a relaxing, creative workshop to design and make your own pressed flower cards for yourself or as a personalised gift using beautiful, traditionally pressed flowers in a range of vibrant colours, straight from her collection.
In this workshop, guided by Lis, an experienced pressed floral artist, She will demonstrate how to handle pre-pressed flowers and how to mount them onto a variety of lovely cards, to make your own pressed flower artwork and greeting cards to take home.
Suitable for all levels but places are limited.

Floral Watercolours with Nicky Hunter

The lovely Nicky Hunter is returning to lead us through painting florals in watercolour. Watercolour is the perfect medium to paint Bold & Beautiful spring Blooms
Students will observe Nicky painting a watercolour artwork in stages and learn good watercolour practice and tried and tested methods using both wet in wet and wet in dry techniques to create their own artwork, aiming to improve their painting skills and loosening up their style to lift work with an expressive feel whilst creating a painting with WOW factor.
We will aim to integrate the background and flowers to get harmony throughout the painting but still have a vibrant focal point and some strong contrasts so your painting sings from the page.
You will learn elements of good picture making such as effective layout and composition and how to use soft edges and strong tonal values to make your painting harmonious and the background integrate with the focal point . You will be encouraged to use lively direct brushwork to create dynamic, expressive artworks
Nicky is a master of watercolour painting who uses colours to generate amazing results!
Some experience required for this workshop.

Sera will help you create a wonderful scene via a technique that uses mixed media to design a unique image to be proud of.
She will guide us through the process using a range of materials, papers and objects to design something special you won't believe your own eyes! The finishing touches can be made in Acrylics or Watercolours.

Acrylics with Deana Kim Page

On Saturday 28th March the amazing Deana Kim Page will be returning to teach the basics of acrylics with a fabulous landscape scene.
Deana will teach you step by step how to paint acrylics on canvas. Create this tranquil and beautiful scene with an enchanting sky, a delightful tree and a flower filled meadow that has depth and beauty.
We will start with an introduction to acrylics and the techniques we can achieve. After some warm up painting we will create our scene.
All levels can enjoy this creative workshop and you will take home your own masterpiece. Suitable for all levels.
The workshop runs from 10am-1pm and the price of £50 includes all materials and welcome refreshments, all with the excellent instruction and support of Deana Kim Page.
