Today we had mostly beginners at our workshop which was a starter type lesson to teach us how to use all the different types of glass that an establish glass artist would use. Our aim was to make a fused glass panel and our tutor Laura Brooks-Payne made it look so easy.
She gave us lots of design ideas with a fascinating in depth talk on what we could achieve using artwork made of glass and cooking it in a kiln.
