Landscapes in Watercolours

We all had a pleasant relaxing day following the wonderful Frank Walters instructions to create our own landscape masterpieces. Frank used an over head projector so we could follow his sketching the scene, then a step by step layering the colours to develop our paintings. There were two painting sessions and with each painting we learnt new techniques.

We had two beginners and they were amazing and produced fabulous pictures well done to you both!

Although a warm day the hall was cool and there were lots of refreshments, a great lunch from our resident chef Wayne!

We also had ice creams to cool us down.

We had great feedback and we all really enjoyed the workshop, thanks Frank!
