Masai Warriors

We were delighted to welcome back a watercolour favourite Jake Winkle.

Jake showed us how to create two masterpieces, Masai warriors and a snowy landscape scene. There was a full class of students who were lead through the preparations for sketching the warriors and painting the background, then faces, bodies and final their spears and skirts. We put on the final touches of shadows and reflections in the puddle at their feet.

We had a lovely 2 course lunch all vegetarian and desserts at tea time. In the afternoon we drew a winter landscape scene and painted colourful trees and reflections in the snow that Jake once again lead the class through to create their masterpieces.
